We strive to positively impact and influence all those we interact with, and in doing so we’re guided by our core values.

The 'Progress Way'

Before we sign off - we want to share a brief word on what the Progress family refers to as the 'Progress Way'. Since our inception, our purpose has been to help people live life their way. We recognise not everyone’s journey is the same and our participants’ needs vary, so through our expert team we’re committed to supporting people with a disability to live comfortably in their home, participate in the community, learn new skills, be well and enjoy life in the most meaningful way. We’re compassionate, we’re committed, we’re respectful and we put our participants’ needs first. We call this the ‘Progress Way’.
